How To Style A Vintage WindBreaker

 I'm making this post because I recently went thrifting and found two VERY cute windbreakers YET I have no idea how to style them. So, I did what any girl does when they want to get inspired for outfits and I pulled up Pinterest. When I tell you I was so disappointed in what was showing up I mean an all-time low. I'm a firm believer in be the change you want to see and that's why we are here right now! 

I'm going down the route of styling these jackets with items already in my closet. My entire closet is just Shein and items I have picked up from the thrift store. I will try my best to see if I can find where the link for the items bare with me loves!

How To Style

1. Bralette + Mom Jeans

This bralette works perfectly because of the purple and white pattern. For styling purposes, I would say go for bralettes that do look more like swimsuits rather than a lace bralette. I feel that mom jeans are super trendy that is why I decided to combine these items. This is a very basic outfit yet very cute. 

2. Cami Top + Belt + Mom Jeans

First, I'm obsessed with this belt. I knew that I wanted to incorporate it somehow without it looking like overkill. Any cami top will work, to be honest. Shein has cute simple cami tops that will work with any type of windbreaker. 

Pro Tip: Aesthetics are hot right now. Match your windbreaker and cami with the same color but different shade (A light pink windbreaker and a hot pink cami). 

3. Cami Top + Skinny Jeans

This outfit is very similar to the previous outfit. I feel that the mom jean look is what the stores are forcing on us but I still wanted to show my love for skinny jeans. Skinny jeans will always have a place in my heart as they are very versatile. You can easily throw on skinny jeans and a cami top with a windbreaker and look fantastic. 

4. Turtleneck + Cargo Skirt

Nothing like an all-black outfit! This outfit is so cute to me. This is an outfit I wouldn't expect to work but worked! I would say that you could swap the black cargo skirt out with a tan one and it would be cute too. 

Conclusion 

I spent like an hour in my closet just playing around with different combinations. I feel that each windbreaker is its own and will of course have to be styled differently. I just wanted to throw some combinations I came up with on the internet to help those who needed some inspo! I hope I was able to help in some shape or form!
